The number one question of people learning for the first time about the Paleo diet is, “What can I eat?”
And that’s usually followed by, “I would get bored without food variety.”
And somewhere down the line people say, “I really enjoy food.”
As long as you know the basic outline of the Paleo diet it becomes easy to find things to eat. Even looking in placed you would never image – like Southern Living Magazine!
One of our new favorite dishes from over the summer was Skillet-Roasted Okra and Shrimp. It’s really easy (less than 30 minutes from start to table) and has a lot of flavors.
“Well what about desserts?”
Southern Living again: Bacon Wrapped Figs. Same recipe works with Pears, too.
